I love this vanity! I have a slanted roof line in my upstairs bathroom where this would go. Can the sinks be moved closer together in the 72 inch vanity to prevent that side from being cramped? Or can the plans accommodate one large sink?
I just bought the plans and can’t wait to build! I love the drawer pulls, where can I find them?
Thanks!
Hi Amy & thanks for your purchase! The drawer pulls are also a DIY. The tutorial is in the highlights on my Instagram page under “pulls”.
Beautiful vanity! Do you know the model of the sinks that were used?
Love this vanity! What do you coat the top with so it doesn’t get damaged from the water? Thanks
Thank you! I applied several coats of polyurethane prior to installing the sinks.
Hi there – loving the rustic farmhouse double (and single) vanity units.
Do you have the manufacturer/model of the sink units on these – they look really cool but struggling to find anything like them.
Thank you
Ed
Hi there, I just purchase a 72″ vanity plan, where do I access to the plan? I did not get any email and I do not see it in my purchases.
Hi Kathy,
Thank you so much for your purchase and for supporting our vendors! Plans are automatically sent to the email used on the transaction, however sometimes they can end up in the spam folder. I just manually re-sent the plans, were you able to download them?
Hi there was wondering what the shower floor looks like in this bathroom?
Hi, I have 1″ matte black hex tiles on my shower floor
I would really love to purchase the plans for the oversized single vanity but wondered how the drawers were configure for the plumbing. Can you share the shape of the drawer so I know how it will work please?
Hi Toni,
the drawers can be adapted to accept your plumbing configuration. My vanity (the double pictured in the plans) has 6 fully-functional, full-depth drawers as we notched the backs of the drawers ever so slightly to allow for the plumbing.
Thank you for your quick response. What I want to know is, if the plumbing is in the middle of the cabinet, does the plans for the cabinet show a regular rectangle drawer or is part of the drawer removed (like an “L” shape design)? Just trying to wrap my mind around how the plans read before I spend money on them and can not use them. Thank you in advance!
Unfortunately I can’t attach pics but the plans are designed with the assumption that you will have to adapt the drawer to suit your needs since everybody’s plumbing configuration is different. If you’re referring to the 48″ vanity, the plan has a space that runs right down the center (between the drawers) to allow for plumbing and this is then hidden when the drawers are closed. The 36″ vanity has the top drawer notched out to create a U shape. The instructions explain how to build the notched drawer but the adaptation is really up to you. I didn’t do such a big notch in mine as it was unnecessary and I wanted as much space as possible. Hope that helps!
Thank you sooo much! That is exactly what I need to know. Appreciate your quick response!
You’re very welcome!
Reading through the the plans it calls for 4-20” slides, there are six drawers…are two not supposed to be functional?
Hi Nicholas, my personal vanity has 6 full-depth, fully functional drawers but, as it’s all very dependent on your plumbing configuration, we decided it’d be better for the public plans to make only 4 functional drawers . My sinks are “semi-vessel” so they only protrude into the vanity top a small amount and we just notched the backs of the drawers every so slightly to accommodate the plumbing pipes. If your plumbing allows, it’s totally possible to have 6 great-sized drawers 🙂
I’ve been trying to purchase these plans for 3 days and am unable to do so. Is this going to be fixed soon?
Thanks!
Hi Dana,
We’re unaware of any problematic issues on the site, as other purchases for this plan have been made recently. Can you tell me more about what you’re experiencing? Thanks!
So sorry for my ask for a single sink plan- saw it after sending the email.
No Problem! 🙂
Hello- Saw somewhere that you were working on plans for a single sink. Did that ever materialize?
Good morning, I see a few people asked about the stain color but I couldn’t find a reply. I would love to know what you used.
Hi, if you scroll to the very end of your downloaded plans all the finishing info is there
Hi can you tell me where you go the lights over the vanity?
Hi there, here’s the link (mine are the galvanized version) https://rstyle.me/cz-n/drdqkvceaxf (this is an affiliate link which means I earn a small commission if you purchase through the link, at no extra cost to you)
Hi! Love this bathroom! Is that tile on the ceiling or real wood? If wood, what did you put on it to make sure its not affected by water, condensation, etc?
Thanks!
Hi & thank you! It’s real wood and I didn’t put anything on it. We have 3 very effective extraction fans in the bathroom (in the shower, over the tub and in the WC) and after 2.5 years of at least 2 showers/day, we have had no issues.
What is the brand and color is stain you used?
do you have measurement for a 24 in vanity
I’m sorry, I don’t. You could probably adapt the 36″ plans without too much trouble.
I love this piece and all the accessories. Thanks for the links in the comments. Can you share where you were able to purchase the baskets underneath? Thank you!
Hi Shannon & thank you! I’m afraid they’re vintage pieces. Your best bet would be to check antique stores. You can find them online sometimes but they’re very heavy which, oftentimes, makes shipping cost prohibitive.
How much cost it take if we are ready to pay for this
The supplies for the 72″ vanity cost approx $2-300, not including plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, piping)
What color grout did you use for the floor?
Charcoal
Do you have plans for a linen closet to match vanity?
I’m afraid not, sorry
