Hi Ti,
I’m so sorry for the inconvenience! I’m showing that the email you provided has an “h” in it (different from the one you listed on this comment) – perhaps it was a typo? I will try sending again to the email you listed on this comment. Please let me know if you still don’t receive the plans. Thank you!
The sinks are sourced under the link in my Instagram bio 🙂
Yes, I would love to know about the sinks as well!
I am looking for the brand/source for the sinks used in the above pictures. Thanks
I ordered these plans 3 months ago. Payment was taken but I did not receive the plans.
Hi Levina,
Which email did you use to purchase the plans? I’m not seeing your current email listed in our customer log. Thank you!
Hi again, Levina,
We found your purchase! The plans were sent to the matwarkentin hotmail email address on January 17th at 5:51pm. I just resent them to the same email address – are you able to download them now? I apologize for the inconvenience!
Would this be difficult to modify the 36” to be a 34” vanity?
I think you’ll find it’s very easy to make such a small modification! 🙂
Ours is doing just fine! I did make sure to completely seal the wood prior to installing the sinks. It is in our master bathroom and we don’t have small children who may splash a lot or leave puddles of water sitting on the counter but I just use it as I would any bath vanity and have had no issues. 🙂
LOVE it, bought the plans. My carpenter said it would not be a good idea to use pine for the counter top. How is it holding up with water and usage?? Thank you!! The stain is in the instructions…so surprised at how simple it is.
You’ll find the staining instructions at the end of the plans
Stain color please?
Hi! We’re having a hard time sourcing a stain for some furniture and are aiming for a color similar to the vanity. Any chance you can share what stain color (s) you used?
Hi! Any chance this plan can be modified for a 100” vanity?
Hi, I wouldn’t recommend building the 72″ any longer. That’s too far of a span without having a center leg and the shelf will sag. Two options…you could build two of the 36″ vanity and fill in the space with more drawers or do a lower vanity shelf OR you could build two of the 48″ vanity and butt them up together, securely attach them together, before building the countertop.
Are these drawers or fake drawer fronts??
That would depend on your plumbing configuration, but the 6 drawers in my double vanity are all functional
Are the plans easy to modify for a shorter width for the double vanity?
All plans are pretty easy to modify. We also went ahead and added a 48″ version as has been requested.
I think you will find they are!
Are the two drawers actual drawers?
Depending on your plumbing, you can make one or two drawers. The plan does provide some tips on how to build a drawer around a plumbing in the center (for the single 36″ vanity)
All the drawers can be functional depending on your plumbing configuration. My vanity has 6 functional drawers.
what type of wood would you recommend?
Recommended materials are included in the plan
Hi Angela,
I purchased the plans, but I don’t see where it says the type of wood you recommend. Thank you and I look forward to building this.
Any dimensional lumber will work, we used pine 🙂
Are there links to the mirrors and lights as well?
Sources can be found under my bathroom highlights on my instagram https://www.instagram.com/angelarose_diyhome/
Can you tell me where the mirror is from?? I love it
Source info can be found under my instagram bathroom highlights https://www.instagram.com/angelarose_diyhome/
Do you have an approximate (material) cost to making this?
I would estimate it cost me about $300 for all the materials (not including any plumbing, hardware or tools)…significantly less than buying a similar vanity pre-made!
Love this vanity! Any chance there will be plans for a single sink version?
Hi there & thank you! That’s definitely something I can add!
