Hello Ana,
I’m looking for an open concept house and am not a builder, I’d love to speak with you about commissioning a tiny house??
Hello! I just bought these plans to help with my own build, but it seems some things are missing from the SketchUp file? There is nothing under any of the exterior sheathing layers. Any ideas? I still have to PDF file for reference but wanted to ask if that was by design.
Thanks! 🙂
Is there a place to read in detail about the bed lift? We are building out an event and would to use your bed lift idea. Loved the tiny house, turned out fabulous.
The house is amazing. How much do you sell this house for? I might need to set myself a money saving goal.♥️
How much do the materials cost in total? Wish this gave an approximate cost.
It’s hard to say with different pricing and the cost of trailer. We spent about $20K
where did you buy your trailer from?
am so glad you still have these plans up for sale — my favorite of any videos — will be purchasing plans then review under the new Appendix Q standards just adopted in our area. Thanks so much for sharing your creative work.
Writing from the Pacific Northwest urban zone . . . any comments, please write in reply.
Thank you.
I am wanting to know if I could make a stationary loft instead of a movable one? And would it be hard?
What was the total cost of this project?? or is there an estimated cost?
About 20-30K
Ana, I keep coming back to this build, share it often actually. My desire is to make a slide in, utilizing my 5×10 trailer with 12 inch sides and folding grated ramp. Versitle, compact and dry for contract work. I desire to incorporate your storage/ barndoor table concept. What plans do you possibly have available for this portion?
The best always,
Roger
Or; just let them wet the bed while you sleep. Chances are it will be your family. You can put down those Puppy Pads. It’s ok if its family right? Geez. It’s a tiny house… you need to think tiny and not about people crawling over you;( because in a tiny house, they might).
You need to establish some ground rules. Or else you shouldn’t be afraid of sleeping that close to another person.
Hi Ana,
My wife sent me this video on messenger. It’s awesome well done , what a cool looking trailer. Suggestion, what about making the main window by the door say, 18 inches smaller, and put a foldable cushioned couch there? Back flips around and the bottom flips up. Then you have a main lounge room.
Cheers
Graeme from Gold Coast Australia
How can this be modified to add in a stove top/oven combo into the kitchen area?
How can this be modified to allow someone on the bed next to the wall to get off bed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night?
Hello! I love the sectional guest bed/couch/storage component. Do you have a pattern available for the wood boxes that comprise this piece of furniture? Thanks for the great tips on the foam and covers.
Hi Ana, does the plans include how you made those countertops?
Hi Ana!
I just happened upon your YouTube video. Yours is the BEST tiny house I’ve seen yet! So beautiful, open, big windows so critical. Amazing use of space.
The biggest shock and joy was the bed sliding down. I cannot be tucked in some short ceiling scenario. You solved that!
I want to ask how much was the total cost of this tiny house with everything? I see the plans are $89.
Thank you!
Christie
Hi there,
I’m looking at making a larger tiny house of about 12’x34’, would you advise using your plans and altering them with the sketch up file? Or better for me to just start from the ground up, also I would be new to the sketch up program. Thank you!
What was the final cost for the entire project?
I thought the plans for this home were available for free
