Hi Ana…this has been my favorite tiny home for a while!! How can I get it built entirely like this one (oprn concept rustic) I had cancer 8 years ago and made me realize that I don’t want more than this wonderful/loving house for my home!! Could I have someone to built it for me and I would get it delivered or pick it up in Alaska myself? Let me know how it could be possible, if only it is hahah!! Thank you and take care
Hi, Ana! The open rustic tiny house is a wonderful plan! I couldn’t find the SketchUp file. I’m hoping that I can receive that and that it includes the level of detail on measurements like you had in the Quartz model plan.
Thanks

Hi Ana. This is by far the best design I have seen for a single level tiny house. My only question is what can be done to ensure air exchange? I am concerned about humidity and mold. Thanks.
The pins you allocate once and they stay there as long as you want so it’s not that you must install them every single time you want to lower the bed. There are two options: you can lower the bed all the way so the lounge area is not available and you access the bed using the stool from the lounge. Or you can lower the bed only half way to have lounge area available for sleeping and that time you must have a small ladder or step-stool which was not explained in the video.
Where did you get the rails for the bed?
Nicely Designed ❣️..Great Planning & Details
Insulated for Alaska Weather.. Humidity Concerns ??
Extraordinary Ana
How can I get plans for just the storage unit and convertible table?
I do not understand how the elevator bed works if someone is sleeping on the sofa space underneath. Do you get in bed and elevator up? then how do you put the pins in if you are up on the bed? Are you supposed to be able to sleep in the elevator bed and the lounge bed at the same time?
how do I get some plans for 20×8 foot tiny home?
Do you build tiny homes for customers? How much woukd such a tiny home cost in 2020?
How much does the final product weigh ? Excellent work BTW .

I don’t think the plans are free. I checked all over they cost from 14.99 to 89.99 per plan.
I have looked at hundreds of these things. This is the most amazing, hands down, that I ever saw. It is beautiful, open, functional, amazing top to bottom. I can’t believe the amount of storage. It truly blows me away. I can’t think of anything you left out.
Dose this meet road restrictions when overhangs and roof are installed?
