This 18-page plan details the step by step instructions to build this beautiful DIY Linen Cabinet using standard dimension lumber. You can build this with or without the door for a beautiful linen cabinet, display case, or simple bookshelf.
The hardware can be purchased at: (aff link) https://amzn.to/2Su1cwg, but will need to be trimmed down to fit this application. It’s very easy to modify the hardware–just two small cuts on the top and bottom rods.
Plans include Sketchup drawings, dimensions, step by step instructions, cut list, and materials list. Assembly involved dowel joinery, but could easily be substituted for pocket holes if desired.

Did you happen to find one that fit?
Hi,
I’m finishing up the door and am wondering which specific cremone bolt you used. I bought a large one on amazon but it turns out the mechanism is 1 5/8″ wide and the door frame is 1 1/2″ so it’s too wide. Thanks!
do you think this could be doubled or would that not maintain the integrity of the project?
What’s the over all dimensions of this cabinet? Would love to buy the plans as long as it fits in the spot we ha e picked out for it. Thanks in advance.
Sincerely
Richard & Jennifer
Hi! This is 75″ tall, 28 1/2″ wide (at the top including the crown molding), and 18 3/4″ deep (at the base–not including the crown at the top)
